Establish a high-performance selling environment
Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants
Implement visual merchandising directives

Qualifications

3-5 years experience as a Store Manager
Strong communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office 365 Suite
