Job Description

Lead and manage the local procurement function, providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure optimal product availability, quality, and pricing. Collaborate with senior stakeholders and internal teams to influence key decisions and align sourcing plans with regional strategies.

Responsibilities

- Lead the local procurement function and manage direct reports

- Translate business requirements into actionable plans

- Coordinate negotiations and provide visibility during budgeting process

- Encourage lean ways of working and effective transfer of procurement processes

Qualifications

- College/University degree in business administration, economics, or related field

- 7+ years of experience in procurement/supply chain/commercial functions

- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

- Understanding of matrix organizations and business acumen
