- Lead the local procurement function and manage direct reports
- Translate business requirements into actionable plans
- Coordinate negotiations and provide visibility during budgeting process
- Encourage lean ways of working and effective transfer of procurement processes
- College/University degree in business administration, economics, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in procurement/supply chain/commercial functions
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Understanding of matrix organizations and business acumen
