Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and mentorship to Centre Directors, Operations and Area Managers.
Optimise operational performance, boost enrolment, refine labour planning, and strengthen financial health.
Foster a dynamic, engaged workforce, ensuring continuous professional growth and leadership development.
Work cross-functionally with HR, Compliance, and Facilities teams to implement improvements.
Oversee adherence to regulatory, licensing, and safety requirements across all centres.
Conduct on-site visits to maintain high-quality standards and operational efficiency.
Act as the primary link between childcare centres and corporate leadership, offering insights and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience as an Area Manager or Operations Manager.
Track record of driving business performance and fostering operational efficiency.
Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
Strong commercial acumen and expertise in business growth strategies.
Deep understanding of the National Quality Framework and childcare regulations (preferred).
Experience with business acquisitions (advantageous).
