Join the largest hotel group in Australia at Ibis Adelaide, a reputable budget hotel in a prime location. We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Night Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

Ensure safety and security of the property
Supervise Front Office team and other departments
Manage cash/credit, accounting, and banking procedures
Assist with reservations and room availability
Resolve guest disputes and ensure total satisfaction

Qualifications

Computer literacy in Excel and Opera Cloud
Previous hotel experience in Front Office
Responsible Persons Badge, RSA, and First Aid Qualification
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work weekends and public holidays
