Responsibilities

Ensure safety and security of the property
Supervise the Front Office team
Manage cash/credit procedures
Handle reservations and room availability
Resolve guest disputes

Qualifications

Computer literacy in Excel and Opera Cloud
Previous hotel Front Office experience
Responsible Persons Badge, RSA, First Aid Qualification + CPR
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work weekends & holidays
