Job Description

Leading the Inclusive Employment function across the Social and Economic Inclusion (SEI) Unit at Council, promoting and supporting Inclusive Employment practices with local employers and the community in Wyndham.

Responsibilities

Leadership of the Inclusive Employment function in SEI.
Oversight and guidance on range of place-based community programs run by partners.
Delivery of the Inclusive Employment Service, including workshops and events.
Data collection, evaluation and reporting for Inclusive Employment.
Engaging with Opportunity Wyndham partners for strategic initiatives.
Collaboration within the SEI unit and wider organisation.
Corporate and partner reporting for the Inclusive Employment Function.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Community Development or related field.
Strong background in managing large-scale projects.
Understanding of place-based approaches and community engagement principles.
Ability to foster a collaborative team culture.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.
