Responsibilities

Develop and maintain efficient collections solutions
Guide Client Recovery Coordinators
Manage complex recovery matters
Ensure compliance with relevant collection codes
Provide excellent client and customer service
Collaborate with internal stakeholders for process improvement
Generate reliable collections reporting

Qualifications

Proven experience in recovery processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skills
