Responsibilities

  • Manage employee processes, policies, and payroll queries
  • Oversee onboarding, status changes, and offboarding processes
  • Ensure timely and efficient service delivery
  • Maintain data quality within HRIS system
  • Handle internal and external reporting requirements
  • Plan and support engagement initiatives and events
  • Support key programs such as Performance Pathway, L&D, Health & Wellbeing, and diversity initiatives
  • Manage document processes

Qualifications
