Responsibilities

Maintaining a safe environment for children, families, and team members
Complying with National Quality Standards (NQS) and Goodstart Policies
Building and maintaining positive relationships with children and families
Contributing to the education program and continuous improvement
Supporting a culture of reflective practice

Qualifications

Willingness to study towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care
Permanent right to work in Australia
Strong communication and time management skills
Ability to work well in a team
Enthusiasm for early years education
Working with Children Check
Proof of immunisation
