Job Description

Lead, manage, and be responsible for a media delivery team in the AUNZ region from the Melbourne Office.

Responsibilities

Resource and Team Management of up to 8 account managers
Guide career development for team members
Build and maintain a cohesive team environment
Provide leadership and strategic oversight on priority accounts
Collaborate with various teams on ad-hoc projects
Identify business opportunities and partnerships
Strategize and improve account management teams' processes
Communicate Media.Monks Vision and philosophy effectively
Prioritize between client and internal needs

Qualifications

5+ years experience in online advertising
People management experience preferred
Deep understanding of paid media services
Technical expertise with technology solutions
Ability to lead in-person client meetings
Skilled problem solver
Expert written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of advertising technologies
Advanced knowledge of DV360, CM, Amazon, GA360, Creative, and Search
