Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor a team to exceed KPIs
Drive team performance in a supportive way
Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience in contact centre or customer-facing role
Background in Finance, Telco, Energy, or Insurance a plus
Strong communication and coaching skills
Results-driven with a passion for developing others
Energetic, resilient, and great sense of humour
