Job Description

Join BHP as a Principal Reward providing technical expertise in the management of reward and benefit programs and policies in the Coal Asset HR and Leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Support the development and implementation of industrial agreements
Lead remuneration and benefit projects within the Australia region
Contribute to the global reward strategy development

Qualifications

Degree in HR or related field
Strong technical expertise in remuneration and benefit program design
Excellent communication and analytical skills
