- Support Employee Relations team with remuneration elements
- Lead remuneration and benefit projects and improvement activities
- Understand external salary market landscape and movements
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the global reward strategy
- Degree or equivalent education required
- Deep technical expertise in remuneration and benefit program design
- Excellent understanding of contemporary HR practices
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
