Job Description

Eaton Electrical is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver HR programs and services to leaders, managers, and employees within ANZ. The role involves executing HR processes, planning organization capability, coaching teams, and managing change initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead profit planning process and monitor budgets
Communicate strategies to business stakeholders
Build effective relationships with key stakeholders
Work with regional HR team on global initiatives
Develop and conduct in-house training programs
Analyze and formulate employee engagement strategy
Handle employee relations and grievance processes
Participate in screening and recruitment of new employees

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner
Experience in multinational manufacturing or industrial environment
Strong influencing and communication skills
Knowledge of HR systems like SAP or similar
Proficiency in HR analytics and Excel
