Job Description

Eaton is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to deliver HR programs and services to leaders, managers, and employees within ANZ.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the profit planning process and monitor budgets to support workforce engagement and development.
  • Communicate strategies to business stakeholders and support business leadership team.
  • Manage recruitment, selection, and placement of employees in a timely manner.
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders and advise managers on employee issues.
  • Collaborate with regional HR team on escalations and global initiatives.
  • Develop and conduct in-house training programs including mentoring and coaching.
  • Analyze and formulate employee engagement strategy and action plan.
  • Handle employee relations, terminations, and disciplinary actions in compliance with labor laws.
  • Participate in screening and recruitment of new employees including onboarding and exit interviews.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner in a multinational organization.
  • Experience in highly matrixed manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong influencing, communication, and business partnering skills.
  • Knowledge of HR systems such as SAP, Workday, or Oracle.
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and Excel.
