Job Description

Join our team as a Supervisor Liaison Officer in North East Victoria. Advocate for GP supervisors' needs, inform policy and process improvements, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Advocate for the needs of GP supervisors in the RACGP training network.
Develop and enhance systems, policies, and processes to support general practice training environments.
Represent the Supervisor Network at industry forums and liaise with stakeholders like General Practice Supervisors Australia (GPSA).
Collaborate with RACGP teams, Registrars, and Practice Managers to deliver quality improvements.

Qualifications

Registered and accredited GP Supervisor with RACGP.
Strong advocacy and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of AGPT training environments and policies.
Experience in conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement (highly desirable).
