Job Description

Lead and support Team Leaders and their operational teams across New South Wales and the ACT to ensure successful team management and delivery of the GP Training Program.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Team Leaders and their operational teams
Manage and guide training support staff
Enhance GP training processes and manage cases
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners
Ensure quality delivery of the GP Training Program

Qualifications

Proven experience leading teams in a training or service delivery environment
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship skills
Experience in project and change management methods
