Job Description

Looking for a hands-on leadership role in machine operation and production within a trusted global Animal Health company.

Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of production operators and supervisors
Oversee production schedules and troubleshoot machines
Monitor key performance indicators and drive team performance
Manage team recruitment, training, and performance feedback
Maintain production planning and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Identify and implement improvements in procedures and machinery

Qualifications

Proven experience leading teams in a production environment
Strong machine operation knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
Ability to collaborate and drive efficiency in a fast-paced setting
