Job Description

Join APM as an Ongoing Support Consultant in the Disability Employment Services team in Bundaberg. Provide guidance to participants and employers for successful new careers.

Responsibilities

Provide support to participants and employers for ongoing employment
Resolve challenges and provide guidance on workplace modifications
Manage a caseload of Ongoing Support participants
Prepare and conduct Ongoing Support Assessments
Engage with participants to advocate the APM brand

Qualifications

Eligibility to work in Australia
Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
MyGovID (Standard level)
National Police Check and Working with Children Check
Full-Time availability Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
