Job Description

Join a dynamic property management team in Fremantle, WA, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and maintenance of a key office/retail/entertainment precinct.

Responsibilities

Manage delivery of all Facilities Management services
Maintain operational management of the precinct
Manage tenant/client relationships
Deliver key stakeholder engagement
Manage operating expenditure, resources, projects, budgeting
Ensure risk management and compliance

Qualifications

Prior Facilities Management experience in retail/office environment
Working knowledge of property onsite facilities services
Strong organisational and computer skills
Proven problem-solving abilities
Strong communication skills
Ability to build strong working relationships
