Job Description

Join Whitehaven Coal as a Training Coordinator at the Maules Creek mine site. This role involves planning, coordinating, and enhancing safety and training activities to support operations.

Responsibilities

Provide specialist Safety and Training advice
Supervise the coordination of the Safety and Training Function
Develop and manage the budget for the Training Function
Coordinate trainee and labour hire operator selection and on-boarding

Qualifications

Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
Experience in leading and developing a training team
Knowledge of risk management and safe work practices
Experience in mining preferred
