Job Description

Seeking a proactive and results-driven Site Manager with excellent communication skills to manage employees and liaise with clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Liaising with clients to achieve their labour hire needs
Front line management of employees including leave and shift coverage management
Maintaining regular presence on site
Coordinating inductions and site orientations for new starters
Conducting health and safety activities
