Job Description

The Store Officer position at The SunRice Group in Leeton involves providing administration support for purchasing and inventory processes to ensure efficient services to internal customers.

Responsibilities

Process purchasing documentation for maintenance team and area store
Support Store Coordinator with conducting site-specific Contractor?s and Visitors Inductions
Assist with receipts and issues of inventory
Support Maintenance Team in tracking contractor spend
Review Obsolescent stock and support Area Stores Coordinator with writing off slow moving stock
Provide back up for when the Store Controller is absent

Qualifications

Forklift license
Warehouse experience
Time management and self-motivation
Good communication skills
Computer skills, ideally with SAP experience
