Alstom is seeking a HR Manager to support various functions at our Bellevue, WA site operations. The role involves handling complex IR/ER matters, supporting enterprise bargaining negotiations, and leading the site through transformational change.

Responsibilities

Support Enterprise Bargaining negotiations
Lead investigations and resolution of complex IR/ER issues
Provide governance training on employment law
Manage site communication
Support site change management and HR projects

Qualifications

Tertiary degree in a related field
Significant experience in employment/labour law
Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
Proven experience in a complex industrial environment
