Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of test strategies
Implement best practices in test management
Develop and maintain an effective test team
Communicate test progress, results, and challenges to stakeholders
Assess risks and plan mitigation in test execution phase

Qualifications

Experience or understanding of test management and methodologies related to Rolling Stock
Familiarity with testing tools and software in the train industry
Resilience in troubleshooting and resolving testing issues
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Excellent communication and leadership skills
