Job Description

Ventia is seeking a Store Service Attendant to join the team at the Kapooka Military Area to support the National Clothing Stores Services contract for the Australian Defence Force.

Responsibilities

Providing exceptional customer service
Receiving, checking, and acquitting stores under supervision
Assisting with kit issues for customers
Preparing or processing stores documentation and maintaining warehouse records

Qualifications

Clothing store and over counter retail experience
Enthusiasm for high standards of customer service
Experience in clothing store operations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong time management and organization skills
