Exciting opportunity for a Team Leader in Dispatch at a global animal health leader in Murarrie, QLD. Lead a team, coordinate operations, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Foster a strong safety-first culture
Lead and coordinate day-to-day dispatch operations
Be hands-on in supporting dispatch tasks and troubleshooting
Monitor order flow and export shipments
Approve freight invoices and manage dispatch documentation
Collaborate with internal departments on freight quotes and status updates
Manage team rosters, leave, and timesheet approvals

Qualifications

Prior experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role
Strong organisational and logistics skills
High-level Microsoft Word and Excel skills
Experience with continuous improvement tools and techniques
Physically capable of manual handling tasks
