Job Description

Join Bostik as a Sales Manager for Durable Goods in Queensland. Drive sales growth in the Industrial and Construction sector with a focus on Sealing / Bonding and Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the customer group.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and project deliverables.
Generate and evaluate new product ideas and suggestions.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Represent Bostik at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts to deliver targets as per budget.
Launch new product and take to market supporting the wider DG sales team.
Penetrate new markets and regions as part of growth strategy.
Identify and execute new Private Label opportunities.
Develop positive working relationships with key customer contacts.
Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
Execute agreed sales initiatives as per budget and deadlines.

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of sales experience in account management, new business development, or product launch.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Proactive, motivated, and customer-oriented approach.
Exposure to SAP and Salesforce is desirable.
