Responsibilities

Manage and expand relationships with existing clients
Identify and convert new leads and opportunities
Explore new markets for product range
Collaborate with marketing for sales campaigns
Keep up with packaging trends and customer needs
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Provide regular updates to management

Qualifications

Proven sales or marketing experience (packaging or B2B preferred)
Qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business a plus
Energetic, enthusiastic, and willing to learn
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Open to occasional travel
