Job Description

Join 5CA as a Gaming Support Agent in the APAC region. Assist players with account, technical, purchase, and gameplay issues for a game studio.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer support inquiries for assigned game studio
  • Assist players with account and technical issues
  • Resolve purchase- and gameplay-related queries
  • Stay updated on client's projects, releases, and branding

Qualifications

  • Advanced level English (minimum C1)
  • Located in the Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, or Vietnam
  • In-depth gaming knowledge
  • Modern gaming PC/laptop
  • Fast learner with troubleshooting skills
