Join 5CA as a Gaming Support Agent in the APAC region. Assist players with account, technical, purchase, and gameplay issues for a game studio.

Responsibilities

Handle customer support inquiries for assigned game studio
Assist players with account and technical issues
Resolve purchase- and gameplay-related queries
Stay updated on client's projects, releases, and branding

Qualifications

Advanced level English (minimum C1)
Located in the Philippines, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, or Vietnam
In-depth gaming knowledge
Modern gaming PC/laptop
Fast learner with troubleshooting skills
