Eventus is seeking an experienced Account Manager to drive client retention, revenue growth, and relationship management across the APAC region.
Establish engagement models and regular touchpoints with clients. Monitor contract renewals and develop action plans to address client concerns. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and execute strategic account plans. Serve as an escalation point for complex challenges.
8+ years in revenue role, sales or account management within capital markets. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. B2B experience preferred.
