Job Description

Join ALH as a Responsible Gaming Specialist to support responsible gaming initiatives and programs within Australia's largest hospitality organization.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with various ALH teams to understand responsible gaming program data requirements
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for ALH Operations
Provide coaching to frontline teams on responsible gaming reporting
Analyze data and identify trends for program improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles
Strong relationship-building skills
Understanding of responsible gaming practices
