Job Description

Join Uniting WA as a Learning and HR Coordinator to support the growth and development of our team members. You will be responsible for coordinating training programs, assisting in developing learning material, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

Coordinate training programs and workshops
Assist in developing learning material and maintaining the Learning Management System
Plan annual training calendar and support new staff through induction
Contribute to engagement and wellness initiatives and assist with HR operations
Support performance and development processes for team members

Qualifications

A couple of years' experience in HR or L&D
Strong admin and coordination skills
Great communication skills and attention to detail
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Respect for diverse people and perspectives
