Lead and develop strategies and work plans to improve outcomes for people with psychosocial disabilities within a Federal Government organization.

Lead the development of a strategy and workplan based on recommendations from a recent review.
Provide policy analysis and advice for legislative reforms.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the psychosocial disability sector.

Proven skills in policy analysis, strategy development, and research.
Experience managing senior-level relationships in the disability sector.
Strong understanding of complex policies affecting participants with psychosocial disabilities.
