Job Description

Join Set Up My Offshore (SUMO) as an HR Employee Relations Officer. Work remotely to support organizational goals by addressing employee needs and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Relationship Manager to identify business needs and develop solutions
Address employee issues and conflicts
Assist in onboarding and employee engagement initiatives
Participate in special projects and ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Employee Relations and HR roles
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with international clients is desirable
