- Draft privacy advice and privacy impact assessments (PIAs) for government clients.
- Draft and review data governance and data sharing agreements.
- Investigate and manage risks associated with data breaches.
- Provide strategic advice on handling sensitive freedom of information requests.
- Assist private-sector clients with privacy matters.
- Prepare and deliver privacy and information law training to clients.
- Help grow the practice and reputation in privacy, data, and information law matters.
- 1-3 years' experience in privacy/commercial/administrative law.
- Interest in protecting privacy of individuals.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
