Job Description

Join our team as a People Experience Coordinator and play a vital role in supporting HR processes and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to general HR inquiries and act as the first point of contact.
  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles.
  • Prepare employment contracts and variation letters.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Update and maintain employee records.
  • Manage apprenticeships, including sign-ups, training, progress tracking, and claims.
  • Provide administrative support in processing HR invoices, reports, and forms.
  • Contribute to People Experience projects and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with People Services.

Qualifications

  • HR degree.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR administration or coordinator role.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and growth-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent people skills and customer-focused mindset.
