Join Boral Concrete as an Area Manager overseeing plant operations in Dubbo, Orange, and Mudgee. Responsible for ensuring operational and financial success while championing safety and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day activities of allocated sites
Manage administration of Concrete Plants
Report on cost estimates and monthly forecasts
Provide safe and efficient leadership to Plant Managers

Qualifications

Experience in Concrete, Construction, or Building Materials industry
Flexibility with working hours
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience with managing P&L statements
