Job Description

Join Rehab Management as a Rehabilitation Consultant to help people navigate complex rehabilitation plans. Collaborate with various stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

Deliver assessments & counselling to individuals facing career changes
Collaborate with health professionals, employers, insurers, etc.
Identify RTW barriers & implement programs for injured employees
Educate employers on the benefits of good work

Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work
Registration with ASORC, AHPRA, or AASW
Strong stakeholder management & communication skills
