An Adelaide-based mid-tier accounting firm that?s combining traditional technical depth with a bold, forward-thinking vision for advisory services. Senior Managers will have the opportunity to work with complex private groups and family offices on strategic client advisory services.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Seniors and Intermediates
Work closely with private groups on succession planning, structuring, and tax strategy
Contribute to shaping the firm's future direction
Participate in leadership initiatives alongside senior leaders and partners

Qualifications

CPA/CA qualified
Extensive experience in advisory services within an accounting firm
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and client relationship skills
