Job Description

This outbound lead generation position plays a pivotal role in facilitating the expansion of Flow Power?s customer base and achieving sales objectives. Responsible for generating and increasing new business opportunities that feed into the Energy Solutions team.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads based on lead criteria and objectives
  • Probe and explore customer needs when contacting customers or receiving inbound queries
  • Provide an informed introduction to Flow Power?s products and services tailored to the customers? needs/understanding
  • Build and cultivate relationships with leads by initiating communication, following up, and responding to queries with accurate information
  • Consistently meet outbound contact and qualified lead targets
  • Maintain and develop an ongoing pipeline of leads
  • Transition qualified leads to the Sales Team
  • Support account management and business development staff as needed
  • Manage data and communications with leads within the CRM and other records
