Job Description

Lead the School Performance team at Brisbane Catholic Education to enhance the performance of schools through Catholic identity, professional learning, teaching practice, school management, and compliance.

Responsibilities

Drive strategic priorities and policies across assigned schools
Support principals in effective leadership and building high-performing cultures
Manage staff mobility, succession planning, and resources
Monitor and improve learning and teaching practices
Embed a contemporary Catholic perspective in schools
Provide guidance on management, reporting, and school-based issues
Create and execute plans for school strategies and development projects
Report on school performance and contribute to annual plans

Qualifications

Experience as a school principal or similar leadership role
Master's qualifications in educational leadership, theology, or business
Proven people leadership skills
Knowledge of contemporary learning and teaching practices
Understanding of education policy and compliance requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
