Responsibilities

  • Assist in centralized workflow management of service & warranty jobs
  • Provide high-quality service & warranty administration support
  • Proactively plan and schedule service & warranty jobs
  • Customer service/resolution performance
  • Administration support to S&W team leader and supervisors
  • Building internal and external relationships
  • Continuous improvement/innovation
  • Create and maintain a safe work environment
  • Scheduling inspections as per requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience and passion for customer service
  • Experience in a similar role or in the building industry
  • Building knowledge would be an advantage
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Positive attitude and team player
  • Ability to establish strong networks with stakeholders
