Responsibilities

Assist in centralized workflow management of service & warranty jobs
Provide high-quality service & warranty administration support
Proactively plan and schedule service & warranty jobs
Customer service/resolution performance
Administration support to S&W team leader and supervisors
Building internal and external relationships
Continuous improvement/innovation
Create and maintain a safe work environment
Scheduling inspections as per requirements

Qualifications

Experience and passion for customer service
Experience in a similar role or in the building industry
Building knowledge would be an advantage
Exceptional communication and time management skills
Proficient computer skills
Positive attitude and team player
Ability to establish strong networks with stakeholders
