Join Mk2 Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in blue-collar sectors. Source, screen, and guide candidates through the recruitment process while maintaining candidate satisfaction post-placement.

Responsibilities

Proactively source and screen candidates using various recruitment tools and strategies
Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit
Facilitate interviews and guide candidates through the recruitment process
Collaborate with Business Development Managers to identify role requirements and team fit
Perform thorough reference checks before job placements
Maintain ongoing engagement with candidates post-placement

Qualifications

Previous experience as a recruitment consultant in an agency environment (desirable)
Positive friendly attitude
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
Ambitious, resilient, proactive, and driven to succeed
Current driver's licence
