Job Description

Join our team as a Team Lead for Occupational Therapists & Speech Pathologists. Lead clinical service delivery and operations, develop relationships with clients, supervise a multidisciplinary team, and manage therapy programs.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage quality therapy service delivery
Deliver high levels of customer service and develop relationships
Supervise a multidisciplinary team
Manage caseload allocations and upskill staff
Maintain a small caseload
Coach and train therapists
Manage centre operations and quality therapy programs

Qualifications

Degree in relevant field
Registration with APRHA or relevant governing body
Demonstrated leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
