Responsibilities

Support the PMO Manager in establishing and operating the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio
Drive improvements and uplift PMO capabilities
Develop and implement robust processes, supporting overall governance and controls
Refine existing PMO practices and assist in establishing best practices and frameworks
Liaise with stakeholders at all levels of the client's organization
Motivate and guide other members of the PMO team

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years experience in a PMO role
Understanding of program management methodologies and practices
Proven ability in risk management, reporting, project planning, and governance
Leadership and team-building skills
Project Management qualifications preferred
