Job Description

Join our Customer Fulfillment team as an Operations Area Manager at our Fulfillment Center in Lytton, Brisbane. Lead a team to ensure efficient delivery processes and meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Operations Section Managers and their direct reports
Maintain Health and Safety standards
Develop performance goals to meet customer expectations
Collaborate with support teams to develop plans
Establish and maintain quality control standards
Review work forecasts and determine requirements

Qualifications

Experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics
Managerial experience with sizable teams
Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication skills
