Job Description

Join Amazon as an Area Manager in Horsley Park, NSW, to lead and develop a team of associates in the Customer Fulfillment Center and ensure customer orders are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Amazon associates
Maintain Health and Safety standards within your area
Develop performance goals and objectives
Collaborate with support teams to meet business objectives
Establish and maintain quality control standards
Determine daily work requirements to meet building objectives

Qualifications

Experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field
Previous management experience with sizable teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends
