Job Description

Amazon is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of associates within the Delivery Station at Mulgrave, Melbourne. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high safety, quality, attendance, and performance standards to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

Responsibilities

Leading and developing a team of Amazon associates and Operations Shift Managers
Maintaining Health and Safety standards and promoting a culture of safety on-site
Collaborating with support teams to meet business objectives
Identifying and leading process improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field
Managerial experience with strong motivational and relationship-building skills
Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication skills
