Job Description

Join our team at The Salvation Army to provide vocational training to job seekers and help them find sustainable employment. This role involves delivering training programs virtually and face to face, focusing on employability skills training.

Responsibilities

Deliver non-accredited vocational training programs
Complete administrative tasks related to training
Work with Employment Consultants to identify skills gaps
Provide feedback on job seeker progress
Travel within the Hunter Region as required

Qualifications

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Experience in delivering industry-based training
Knowledge of ASQA Framework and Standards
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy within office 365 suite
